1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
1.4 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges
